Meal for One by Alison Hui

A fun zine for the solo diner, lazy and busy city people who wish to prepare simple healthy meals in an efficient way.

The artist’s own cooking tools, seasoning collection and all dishes are presented in light watercolour illustrations, and a recipe without photos is a format the artist would like to achieve.

The recipes include 7 Hong Kong style, 2 Japanese style, 1 Korean style and 3 western style dishes.
