Shipping policy
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday). See information below for shipping times. Please note that dispatch time does not include shipping time. If you have any specific shipping requirements (e.g. same day postage), please get in touch at office@pushkinhouse.org.uk or call us on 02072699770.
UK orders
All UK orders are shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class (standard service) or 1st Class (express service). Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive, and Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive. With postal delays now increasingly common, we may ask you to wait a short period of time if your order has not yet arrived. If your parcel is lost in the postal system, we will replace it free of charge.
Please note that postage does not include a tracking number. If you require a tracking number, please get in touch with Pushkin House before placing your order, as tracking numbers cannot be created once shipping has been arranged.
International orders
For orders outside the UK please email us at office@pushkinhouse.org.uk and we will provide a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the items reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order as this changes country to country.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted for 30 days after purchase. Refunds are issued for new and full price items. Exchanges are offered for second-hand or sale items. Please note we can only cover return shipping costs if your order arrives damaged. We recommend you use tracked shipping as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post.
Please double check your shipping address and contact us straightaway if you have entered the wrong address. If we've already posted your order, we cannot issue a refund unless the item is returned to us. In this case, we are happy to issue a refund minus the cost of shipping, or reship the order at the customer's expense.
