Russia's invasion of Ukraine has resulted in the large-scale displacement of significant numbers of people. Since the invasion began, some 10 million border crossings from Ukraine have been recorded and over 6 million individual refugees from Ukraine have been registered across Europe. The UK, along with other European countries, has been involved in providing support and asylum to Ukrainian asylum seekers, including children, who have been forced to flee the conflict. In collaboration with St Mary's Ukrainian School in Holland Park, Wilberforce and Richmond, artist Jina Lee ran multi-sensory workshops to help the children articulate their experiences. This artist's book presents the children's emotional journeys and maps as they talk about their homes.

This project is funded by Pushkin House, Livingmaps Network and University of Arts London

100% of the profits from the book will be used to support St Mary's Ukrainian School
